1. Product requirements: determine the service life of the ultrasonic mold, wear rate and decide what kind of metal to use.

Shape of the product: what kind of welding process is adopted, the size of ultrasonic mold is set, the pressure transmission area, the deformation that may occur during the fusion of the product, how much power, and what kind of function are required. Whether the work can be completed in one fusion.
3. Plastic properties of the product: determine the working vibration amplitude of the mold, the form, position, and size of the energy guideline.
